According to ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) Regulations, keyholders must be capable of attending their premises within 20 minutes of being notified that their alarm has activated.

In the event of an alarm activation RFA Security will send one of their experienced alarm response officer's to attend the premises and carry out a comprehensive check of the entire area also checking the control panel. He/she will attend the area and correct the problem, unless further action is required.

If necessary our staff will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and leave a full incident report recording all findings or actions taken.
