What We Do
In the event of an alarm activation RFA Security will send one of their experienced alarm response officers to attend the premises and carry out a comprehensive check of the entire area also checking the control panel. He/she will attend the area and correct the problem, unless further action is required.

If necessary our staff will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and leave a full incident report recording all findings or actions taken.
