RFA Security's keyholding service is primarily designed to attend your premises in the event of either your intruder or fire alarm being activated.

RFA's keyholding Officers ensure you avoid risk to yourself or your staff. Managers and other staff members need no longer be placed at risk by having to respond to potentially dangerous alarm activations.

According to ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) Regulations, keyholders must be capable of attending their premises within 20 minutes of being notified that their alarm has activated.

RFA Security use the latest Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) tracking system this is fitted to all of our vehicles. This ensures that our nearest patrol vehicle will attend your premises quickly and efficiently day or night. 

Statistics show that over 90% of all alarm activations are false with RFA Security you need never worry, as we will attend all response call outs.

In the event of an alarm activation RFA Security will send one of their experienced alarm response officer’s to attend the premises and carry out a comprehensive check of the entire area also checking the control panel. He/she will attend the area and correct the problem, unless further action is required.

If necessary our staff will liaise with your nominated emergency contact and leave a full incident report recording all findings or actions taken. 

As an SIA Approved Contractor (ACS), you can be sure that if your alarm system is activated at home or at work, a fully trained and vetted alarm response officer will be there quickly to deal with the incident giving you great peace of mind.
